In real life, I am an employee and a dreamer, a planner and an implementer. One does not exclude the other, on the contrary! As a mom of two children, I know how close opposites can sometimes be.
As a family we have fulfilled a dream, a trip around the world.
But even before this trip around the world, I encountered many people, whether at work or among friends, who were not satisfied with themselves and their lives in many ways. There was always the question at the end of the story: How should I bring about a change? Where should I start?
By traveling the world, I met many people who thought that a trip around the world would be or bring about the desired change. But what only a few consider is that the change can only start within oneself.
That is why I am so excited for this retreat! It offers the holistic approach of a typical retreat, but expands it with tangible coaching sessions and many workshops. I am convinced that these two approaches will be mutually beneficial and that our participants will get what they need for their own personal growth and their own desire for change.

The permanent change and curiosity for the new is inspiring me for many years. Life on 4 continents, in 4 countries and 7 cities offered me the challenge to reinvent and develop myself on every occasion.
As an open-minded thinker and Business Coach, I was able to gain experience in the international corporate environment, in medium-sized businesses and as co-founder of a start-up. I believe that we can shaped our life’s actively, enabling us to work and live in a new, self-determined and motivating way.

As a coach I stand for an appreciative support of my coaching clients to reach their goals on their own responsibility. Here, the promotion of personal development and the orientation of one's own resources serve as a basis. As a certified business coach and systemic coach, I always work in a goal-, solution- and result-oriented way, for the best of all parties involved (system orientation).
